Return & Exchange Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our candles and want you to love your purchase. If your candle arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at classiicollection@outlook.com we’ll be more than happy to assist you and make things right.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items, not for change of mind. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible.
To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You must contact us with the following details:
        * Full name
        * Order number
        * Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Please email this information to classiicollection@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be notified of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Please note:

  • It can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
  •  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
